Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The room had a stove that didn't work, the previous guests' trash wasn't cleared, and there was a lingering smell of weed. On the bright side, the room was up to high cleanliness standards despite some loud guests running up and down the 'halls' all night. It was disappointing that the room didn't even have a phone, adding to the mixed experience.
My stay at the hotel was challenging as the rooms had roaches and an unpleasant odor of cigars and weed, making it hard to relax. Additionally, there were issues with the card scanners. Despite these drawbacks, the staff was friendly and nice, and the laundry service was convenient.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but I was moved to another room without direct communication from the hotel. The service was nice overall, but the staff can be extremely rude, especially the weekend afternoon staff. The location was convenient, close to the airport, but I had to stand outside with my luggage due to a lack of seating during a storm. The dining options were not free, and I had to make other arrangements due to limited choices. The facilities were decent, but some improvements could be made.
